In memory of Miguel Gonzalez Perez born November 11, 1938 in Jalostotitlan, Jalisco, Mexico and passed on November 21, 2019 in Fremont, Ca, 2019.

Survived by Daughter, Alicia Marquez Gonzalez (Newark), Beatriz Gonzalez (Newark) son Ismael Gonzalez (Livermore), son in law Gerardo Marquez (Newark) and daughter in law Cynthia Gonzalez (Livermore). Grandchildren Ariana Marquez Gonzalez, Aaron Marquez Gonzalez, Aiden Gonzalez, Adiel Gonzalez and Aiker Gonzalez. Siblings, Pedro Gonzalez (Modesto) Justino Gonzalez (Newark), Jesus Gonzalez (Petaluma), Jose Gonzalez (Newark), Jose Asuncion Gonzalez (Newark), Estanislao Gonzalez (Newark), Melesio Gonzalez (Henderson, Nevada), Adelaido Gonzalez (Newark), Maria de la Luz Ibal (Hayward), Maria Alcala (Atwater), Irene Gutierrez (Newark) and Maria Guadalupe Martinez (Newark). He is blessed with many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Miguel was an avid hunter and camper. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was a member of the Southern California United Food and Commercial Worker’s Union for over 30 years. He served as a union representative for 5 + years. He volunteered as an instructor for the local FFA Chapter teaching students the trade of meat-cutting and butcher skills along with catering for local clubs on the central coast (Elks and IDESI Edna Chapter).

A Viewing will be held Friday, December 13, 2019, 10 AM, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 41933 Blacow Rd, Fremont, with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM. Burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward.
