Obituaries

Entered into rest on August 31, 2012 in Stanford at the age of 68. Survived by her husband Khoat Pham; her sons Nhien Pham, and Dai Pham; her grandchildren Khiem, Khoa, Phu, Danh, Dzung, and Dinh; her sisters Hang, Nga, Van, Thuy, Ha, Giang, Ngan, Hau, and Huiong; and her brother Phong.

Born June 7, 1944 in Vietnam, Minh enjoyed cooking, walking, and taking care of her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 7, from 3-8pm, Saturday, September 8, from 12-5pm, and Sunday, September 9, at 8am, all at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. A Chapel Service will begin on Sunday at 9am at the funeral home. Followed by a Witness Cremation at 10:45am at Irvington Memorial Crematory, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538. Inurnment at Lieu Quan Temple in San Jose, CA.
