Pat you were in so much pain yet so brave. As always you worried more about everyone else than yourself. I am honored that you treated me like a daughter instead of a daughter-in-law. I loved admired and respected you and I know you loved me. Although you will be missed so much I feel you are at peace. You were truly the central planet in this family's universe and everyone revolved around you. I know you worried about us, but like I promised you we will all be fine until we see you again. May golden slumber fill your eyes and smiles await you when you rise, sleep pretty darling.

Pat was a gentle, lovely woman who was self sacrificing and sweet. Her family was appreciative of her warmth and humor. Her wit was dry and her eyes lit up any room she entered. I will always remember her throaty laugh. It was infectious.
