Patricia entered into rest peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on May 9, 2013, at the age of 90. She was born in New London, CT on March 17, 1923.

Preceded in death by her husband Russell C. Giese in December 2012. Patricia was an avid reader and loved all types of books. Her true passion was her love of all animals big or small. She was a wonderful and caring mother of Linda Kiyohara and Nancy Ramirez. Cherished and beautiful grandmother to Melissa Ramirez-Krebs and Joshua Ramirez. Loving great grandmother to Emily Elizabeth and Katherine Ann Krebs.
