Peggy Ann Minjarez was born on August 26, 1955, in San Jose, California. She later made her home in San Leandro, where she was known for her loving heart, strength, courage, and hardworking spirit. Peggy had a special gift for welcoming others with open arms and making everyone feel like family.

A devoted Christian, Peggy cherished her church family at New Dimension Deliverance Ministry. She loved cooking, spending time with her family, and especially sharing precious moments with her great-grandchildren. Her faith in God carried her through life, and she held close the promise of His everlasting presence.

On October 16, 2026, Peggy peacefully passed away at Washington Hospital while holding her granddaughter’s hand.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents Ruth Bueno, and Emmanuel Rodriguez. She leaves to cherish her younger brother Tommy Rodriguez, her husband Baltzar, three children, Francisco, Carolyn and JonManuel; her beloved grandchildren, Jasmine, Elizabeth, Martin Jr., Chris, Dominique, Ezekiel, Timothy, JonManuel Jr., Victoria, Isabella, and Joshua; and her precious great-grandchildren, Liliana, Emilio, Killua, and Mason. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends and her beloved church family, New Dimension Deliverance Ministry.
