  I am so thankful to have been part of his coast to coast road trip in Sept. We spent two wonderful weeks together including 10 days in his pride & joy - the Mazda! I'll miss our long-distance communications. It's still so hard to accept his early departure. He was my baby bro.

  Ray, for 17 years you've been my father-in-law and for 15 of that you have been my father as I lost my dad in 1997. I couldn't have asked for a more wise and fun father to have had other than my own. Thanks for the laughs and great memories. You will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. Love you Ray

  What do you say when you loose someone suddenly that meant the world to you -- taught you right from wrong, your morals, your values, & so many other things & in a blink of an eye & matter of seconds was taken from all of us -- & knowing he was in good health?? He's now also taught me we really need to enjoy & cherish life to the fullest, & do what we really want to achieve in life.... LIKE fulfill our DREAMS. I am talking about my Dad and I lost you Dad on Saturday 11/3/12. You were a wonderful Dad to me, very special grandfather and great-grandfather to my children and grandchildren, and a very good friend to so many. I will miss you dearly!!! It is such a shock & sad beyond words... Rest in Peace now Dad!!!! You may be gone, but I will never forget you & part of my heart is with you. I love you DaddyO!!e....

  I am very sadden we have lost you so early. You were my only Uncle. I always looked forward to your Chicago visits. It was great seeing you last month, sitting and talking for hours. I didn't want you to leave. You had a way to make me laugh without even cracking a smile. It's weird but my brother has that same ablilty. You will be missed dearly.
