Born May 29, 1942 in Oakland, CA, and entered into rest on December 29, 2013 in Hayward, CA, at the age of 71. Survived by his brother Earl Lout (Karen); sister Carol Miles (Darrell); 2 nieces; and 2 nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 1pm at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, CA 94539.
