Born April 11, 1940 in Oakland and entered into rest on February 2, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 71. Devoted wife of 53 years to Jack C. Standish of Fremont. Beloved mother of Jack C. Standish, Jr. of Fremont, and Debbie J. Christensen and her husband Jon of Patterson. Cherished grandmother of Michele, Michael, and Courtney. Dear sister of Donald Cambra of Colusa, and David Cambra of Fremont. Treasured daughter of Mary Cambra of Fremont. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

With the widest smile she would greet you with open arms. As an avid Elvis fan she filled the house with memorabilia. One of her favorite pastimes was Bingo. She was so good at it that people often called her a professional. She loved gaming with family and friends, and everyone would leave the house full of warmth from her joy and laughter whether they won or lost. She will always be remembered for knowing whose turn it was to deal. May she rest in peace.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 7, from 9-11am and a rosary will begin at 11am at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
