Obituaries

Born February 25, 1935 in Guam, and entered into rest on June 22, 2014 in Hayward, California at the age of 79. Preceded in death by her husband Rene Tirona in 1997. Survived by her children: Randall Tirona, Reginald Tirona, Rosanne Tirona-Castillo, and Ross Tirona; grandchildren: Randall, Terence, Tiana, Rio, and Ryan; sisters: Teresita Cruz Garrido (twin sister), Jovita Salas, Ruth Manibusan Gomez, Barbara Hennins, and Julie LeBreton; brothers: David Fejarang, Peter Fejarang, and Roman Fejarang; and many nieces and nephews.

Rosita loved line dancing, karaoke, gardening her roses, and attending her grandkids sporting events and recitals. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Castro Valley, the Eagles Lodge in Hayward, and St. Bede's Sacred Heart of Jesus Prayer Group.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28, from 10am-12pm followed by a Chapel Service at 12pm, all at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.
