Born November 28, 1941 in Jefferson City, MO, and entered into rest on December 14, 2013 in San Jose, CA at the age of 72.

Devoted wife of 24 years to David Jasinsky of Fremont. Loving mother to Victor Jasinsky of Modesto, Richard Jasinsky (Silvia) of Tracy, and Rhonda Reti (Chance) of Las Vegas, NV. Caring grandmother to Christofer, Justin, Judy, Victor, Jr., and Richard, III. Cherished sister of Ronnie Tavanner of Coos Bay, OR, Randy Tavanner (Jean Moore) of Cotati, Glenva Foley (Hugh) of Windsor, Dita Tavanner of Montague, and JoAnn Conner (Wayne) of Florida. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceaased by a grandson Shane Hennapen, and by a brother Darrell Tavanner.

In retirement Elaine enjoyed going to the lake where she could fish and relax, going to the casinos to play the slots, and shopping. Most of all, she just loved spending time with her husband. Elaine and her husband were partners in the restaurant business before they were married and until they both retired in 1999. Elaine was a hard worker both in business and at home. She was a super wife, mom, and grandma.

A Memorial Service will be held for Elaine on Friday, December 27, 11am at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.
