Obituary For Sally (Maria Del Socorro) Ramirez

Sally (Maria Del Socorro) Ramirez was born on February 18, 1922 in Sanger, CA and passed away on December 20, 2020 in Fremont, CA, at the age of 98.

Sally is survived by her beloved children Gloria Ann Saucier (Michael), and Robert Vincent Ramirez (Patricia). Loving grandmother to Erica Sklar, David Roetger (Melissa), Ryan Perry (Wendy), Lea Le Messurier, Gabriel Ramirez, Chase Ramirez (Danielle), Steve Saucier, and Michelle Saucier. Caring great grandmother to Zachary Dawson, Satchel Sklar, Noah Sklar, Jacob Sklar, Sierra Saucier, Karmyn Thompson, Kai Roetger, Marsonya Perry, Starla Perry, Skylar Perry, and Sunjay Perry, Jai Le Messurier, Gavin Le Messurier, and Kaiya Rose Ramirez. Sister-in-law to Salvador Paniagua, Sara and Tony Zendejas, Lupe Villareal, Louie Ramirez, Frances and Robert Squaglia. Loving aunt to many nephews and nieces.

Sally is predeceased by her husband Robert G. Ramirez, sister Ruth Hernandez and brother Salvador Martinez, she was sister-in-law to Irene Paniagua, Dora and Albert Cuellar, Raul Villareal, Jessie and Louie Carrillo, Diana and Gonzalo Torres, and Richard Ramirez.

Worked for Hunts Cannery. Helper at Holy Spirit school offices for 21 years. She was a seamstress and also loved doing arts and crafts. She had a knack of preparing amazing homemade meals from scratch. She was a woman of faith who said her daily prayers morning, noon and night. She enjoyed her family above all, summer barbeque’s and playing bingo on Christmas. Service will be private, with burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

    So many years after your death I found this website grandma. You and papa raised me and I literally dream of you every night. You not only loved your family and papa but your church. (Ho ly spirit) and the school you paid for us to attend. I think of you daily and so do our boys. I will always remember what you always said at night....remember the power of prayer.
