Obituary For Sheryl Lynn Anderson
Entered into rest January 13, 2012 at the age of 58. Born April 11, 1953 in Alameda County. Graduated Newark High School Class of 1970. Employed Standard Pacific Homes for 25 years. Sherri liked to read and travel. She loved animals and was an active member of the SPCA for the past 30 years.
Beloved sister to Gail and her husband Harry Locke of Arnold and Judith Price of Bakersfield. Loving aunt to Jason Locke and wife Jody of New Zealand, Ryan Locke of Los Angeles and Mark Denison and wife Kimberley of Bakersfield, Lori Carr and husband Mike of Bakersfield. Great aunt to Marshall Locke, David Denison, Michael and Jason Carr, Lauren Locke, Bekah, Elizabeth and Autum Denison and Jennifer Mudge. Predeceased by her parents Raymond and Ada Anderson and brother Randy Anderson. You will be forever in our hearts.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012, 3:00 PM at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association, P.O. Box 78960, Phoenix, AZ 85062.

Gail, I truly hope this finds you well and holding up over the loss of your beloved sister. I know firsthand what a difficult and painful time it is. I had an opportunity to visit her in the hospital and at her home. Your sister and I were very close. We always had a good time laughing and talking about old times. She often spoke about how greatful she was for you, Jason, Ryan and how nice your husband was to her over the years. I am reminded of the bible passage that says "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted" I hope that you find that comfort and that your faith will guide you thru this difficult time. My prayer will continue as I ask God to bless you and your family. Love Linda
