Sidney was born August 16, 1943 in Venice California and entered into rest May 2, 2021 in Fremont. He is survived by his loving wife Rhondda, beloved father to Megan, Kyle, Jeremy and Jennifer Parker, dearest brother to Kenneth Parker, and loving grandfather to Joshua and Jacob Parker. Sidney was a HAM radio operator. He enjoyed reading and computers and worked 34 years for Santa Clara County Communications Department. Private family services were held.
