Steve Rowe, 62, passed away on May 5, 2026. A lifelong resident of Alameda County, Steve spent his later years in Hayward, California, where he remained close to home.

Steve was born on March 31, 1964. He dedicated 25 years of his life working as a mechanic, a profession that suited his love of cars. Outside of work, Steve enjoyed watching WWF wrestling, attending Good Guys Car Shows, fishing, and relaxing with a can of Budweiser always close at hand. He was known for his easy going spirit and sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Lorraine Rowe, his father, Clayton Ernest Rowe, and his oldest sister, Carolyn Ann Rowe.

Steve is survived by his brothers, Lee Arthur Rowe and John Rowe; his younger sister, Arline Correa; four nieces; one nephew; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, where Steve will be laid to rest in the family plot.

He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
