Surrounded by his loving family and with a smile on his face, our "Sweet Boy" Tom joined his Dad on April 10, 2012. Born on September 24, 1959 to Mike and Judy, he gave love and joy to all who knew him. He taught us all the meaning of kindness, innocence, and acceptance. He brought out the best in people and just knowing him was a treasured privilege! Tom was a talented photographer and a master of movie/TV trivia. Tom is survived by his mother and best friend, Judy. He will also be terribly missed by his Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Tom has so many loving friends who have had their hearts and souls touched by his goodness. Before Tom's illness, he was a member of the ARC Pinbusters bowling league. The family wishes to thank Stanford Hospital staff, Sutter Care at Home, Washington Hospital staff, all of our special friends at the City of Union City, and family friends for their care and loving support.

A celebration of Tom's life will be held on Friday, April 27th, 1pm at the Ralph & Mary Ruggieri Senior Center, 33997 Alvarado-Niles Rd., Union City, CA 94587. In lieu of flowers you may donate to The ARC of Alameda County (Union City restricted fund) 34135 7th St., Union City, CA 94587, or your favorite charity.
