Born February 25, 1937 in Lima, Peru, and entered into rest on May 18, 2015 in Fresno, California at the age of 78. Survived by her son: Kyle Ling (Letty); daughter: Eileen De Foug Sung (Desire); and grandchildren: Brice, and Meileen.
No services will be held.

To the Family of Victoria, I'm so sorry for your loss. Victoria was a great lady . My kids loved her like a grandmother. My children took her loss very hard. She will be greatly missed. There were times when she was a challenge but no matter what she was a great friend. My name is Bernice Munoz and my children are Gabriel and Gina.
