I remember Vladimir, he was always so kind to me we often spoke in the morning over coffee, and talked about his cats and country and his son/s and family. He will missed. Extending my heartfelt condolences and prayers. Lisa Bekele

Since the first day that I met Vladimir when he was training me to understand FIB Chemistry, he brightened my day no matter how bad it was. He was always willing to drop everything he was doing and give a helping hand. I shall miss our conversations about cats and my big "Monster' truck that I drive. He was a gentle soul that I will miss dearly. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest in peace my friend!

Vlad was a man that had true passion. From the day he started at SLB to our last conversation. I could always count on him to help solve the tough problems with a smile. He was always friendly and willing to help. Vlad will always be with us and will be thought of often. Our condolences to his family. Bruce and Cynthia Harbison

Vlad will be greatly missed. The "Chemistry Wizard", a great colleague and friend. He is one of the key contributors for the success of Circuit Edit business under Schlumberger and later on with DCG Systems & FEI. He made us look good(especially me) in front of customers. Over the 10 years we worked together, he always had a smile on his face, eager to help and always creating technical wonders. May his soul rest in peace! Sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you. Surendra (Suri) Madala

Vladimir was a kind, gentle, and brilliant man. I enjoyed working with him over the years. Quick to smile, he had a subtle sense of humor and a variety of facial expressions: one minute he would be near to tears telling a story, and the next he would look bewildered, like he was seeing something that should not be there; I could not help but laugh when I was around him. He even walked funny, like he was wading in a shallow stream, swaying slightly from side to side, the tails of his unbuttoned and untucked shirt hanging like tired wings. A bear with wings? Who knew? I loved that guy. I prefer to believe that those wings of his carried him to a place where he is now at peace. My heart goes out to his family. He was a good man. And he will be remembered.
