Obituaries

On Saturday, December 1, 2018, Wesley Tomlins passed away peacefully with his wife by his side.

Wesley was born on January 25th, 1935 in Modesto, California. He graduated from Modesto High School. Shortly after, he enlisted in the Navy and served in the Korean War.

Throughout his many years as a salesman in the tire industry, he worked for General Tire, Gerard Tire, Bridgestone, and eventually retired with Perdue. He enjoyed playing basketball and racquetball and listening to jazz.

Wes was married to the love of his life Carole. He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Ann Tomlins, brothers Bill and Don Tomlins, and daughters Julie and Laurie Tomlins. He is survived by his wife Carole Dwyer, stepdaughters Kristy and Michelle, his grandchildren Eric and Stephanie, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to hospice.
