I met Willard (Lou) at 18yrs.old when I started at Herrick. We became friends and he taught me how to hunt and fish. He was like a member of our family, my sons called him grandpa Lou. I lost touch with him when I became sick but was looking for him the last 2yrs. We wanted him to know that our son Jimmy followed in our footsteps as an Iron Worker. We loved him and his life stories and have missed him. Until we meet again, Jim, Linda, Jimmy,& Jerry
