Obituary For William “Bill” Abraham

William "Bill" Abraham, a beloved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on February 24, 1936, Bill lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to his family, friends and community.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 42 years, Sylvia Abraham. They built a beautiful life together, filled with love and shared experiences that spanned over four decades. Bill was the proud father of Leah Abraham (Sidney Hamburg), and Randy Abraham (Michelle). His oldest daughter, Dawn Abraham precedes him in heaven. He was also a loving stepfather to Dr. Eva Aagaard (Russell), and Anna Pannier (Patrick). Bill's legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Jakob Aagaard, Nina Gottman, and Patrick Pannier, who brought immense joy to his life.

Professionally, Bill was a gifted interior designer and a leading real estate agent in the Bay Area. His keen eye for design and unwavering commitment to his clients earned him great respect and many lifelong friendships. His generosity knew no bounds, and he always found ways to support those in need, especially his extended family.

Bill's family was the heart of his world. He loved them deeply and took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness. Known for his vivacious spirit, Bill was often the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter wherever he went. His ability to connect with others made him a treasured figure in the lives of all who knew him.

A service is planned at Chapel of the Roses (510-797-1900) on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 11am, followed by a luncheon celebration of Bill's life at Massimos at 12:30pm.

The world is a little less bright without Bill's presence, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Rest in peace, Bill. You will be deeply missed.

Condolences

I will miss Bill because of his great sense of humor, his energetic spirit and his generosity, but most of all, I will miss spending time with him, having great conversations and laughing a lot! Even though my husband, Tony, has passed, I continue to be grateful to him for some of the fantastic friends he introduced me to...Bill and Sylvia being at the top of that list! Bill will always be in my heart. He definitely left a long-lasting indelible impression there. This will not be good-bye, my friend, but until we meet again, keep that joke on the tip of your tongue. I want to hear it one more time!

I am so heartbroken I won't be able to see or talk to him. It was always such a joy. My mother, father and I loved him so much and looked forward to his and Sylvia's visit. How blessed we were to have shared in part of his life. Love and miss you, Billy😪
