Obituaries

We are very saddened to announce that Wrex passed away from a heart attack on February 2, 2012 at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento.

He was a loving and supportive father, a wonderful and caring brother, brother-in-law, and uncle, and a generous and trustworthy friend. He will be missed and remembered by all he touched.

Devoted father to Stephanie Sarah, and Melissa Mitchell and her husband Todd. Proud grandfather of Tyler Mitchell. Cherished brother of Rona Gowans and her husband John, and Loris Sarah. Dear brother-in-law of Annette Sarah. Treasured uncle of David and his wife Katrina, and Andrew and his wife Brooke. Predeceased by his brother Richard Sarah in September of 2009, and his parents Don and May Sarah.

A graveside service will be held Friday, February 10, 3pm at Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. He will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Jane Sarah who passed away in November of 1986.

His family wishes to thank everyone for their support during this time, even though we are so far away it has been of tremendous comfort.
